wow, i thought killington exaggerated trail counts but this one takes the absolute grand prize of all time.
That's what is seems like. The Email I got exactly read, "It will be River Run to Chute on TNF."

Funny story... I think I'm in that picture. That was like November 11th last year right? Man that was nuts. But if you know where to go it wasn't that bad except for that last stretch pictured.

I think this friday is gonna be between Killington and Mount Snow for me. I'll take into account people's TR's too.

OKAY. Stop the presses. I just spoke with Chris at Mount Snow, live on the phone, about this. Here's the deal:

CHUTE WILL BE OPEN, TOP TO BOTTOM ON TNF.

There was some miscommunication in our Email exchange. He meant that in order to access Chute, you'd need to take River Run from the summit. I'm very sorry about the misreading of his Email. I hope this clears it all up.

How's that for drama?

I know that it is a fuzzy calculation because I probably would try to stay only on advanced terrain but I'd like to see the comparisons between different resorts.

It's really not hard to figure out but I'm on turkey break right now so no math allowed.

Did that make sense?
Take your meds and try to have a nice day and no, I don't know what color the lifts are painted so you will be able to pick out your ski outfit.

Seriously tho, all the mountains that will be open will not be charging full price but it ain't gonna be cheap.

So you can't get there from the summit without banging that left onto river run from, what is that, canyon? How is one supposed to get back from TNF then? Am I missing something?

no i think it means they wont be running the summit quad. they'll run the shorter hsq that dumps you off at the top of river run. then you lap either canyon/riverrun or chute using the north face lifts.

Canyon Quad, your talking about. OK, I guess there is no top to bottom on the main face then...correct? I guess one will have to hike across the summit and download? Sorry for being so thick...long day of work teaching kids who had Wed before Thanksgiving parties on their mind.
