Day 4:
Today promised to be the best day of the trip. Fresh snow had left Ballroom, the glory hole, Devils' castle, rock and roll, and the cecret saddle closed on day three. Today they opened after some awesome control work:

Cecret Saddle is WIDE open:


and it made me happy:


(p.s. quick gear review- I'm wearing a sporthill jacket that I got on SAC for 54.00. it's made of guarddog fabric. It's great for sunny and low 40's. Skied with a ems lightweight underlayer, a microfleece vest and this thing and was so comfortable.)


And after a few points:




it was time to go home.

Nice pics...ALTA rules. I believe your first pic actually shows Baldy Shoulder...the Ballroom would be to the far left of the pic and out of the pictures' image to the left.

that is correct - the first picture is the baldy shoulder- It's there to show the control work and the resulting slides.
