Mt Tom in Holyoke, Mt. Holyoke Range Hadley-Amherst are possibilities.

I agree with threecy, both of these are very nice, Once you get to the top of Tom, the trail follows the ridge offering many views. Holyoke Range has nice views too, just more scattered about, can see Monadnock on a good day from Norwottuck (spelling?)

Peaked Mountain

Peaked mountain in monson, ma Relatively short but great views link it to the lake side hike for distance

Tekoa/ shatterack Mtn in russell

Sanderson brook falls in chester awsome waterfall and summit views
