Absolutely amazing coverage for this time of year. Trails are covered edge to edge and there's a few inches in the woods. Very few barespots - just a couple of those areas that get washed out from water running underneath. Better coverage than anytime before Valentine's Day. Go figure.

First run at 9:00am bumps were a little crusty but groomers were in great shape. Great corn as the morning progressed. Bumps changed to hero status at around 10:30. No lift lines but the upper lot was actually around 3/4 full with some additional cars parked at the fixed quad lift. Only complaint was that the fixed quad seemed like it was running at super slow speed so I only got a couple of runs on that side. Too bad as Dot Nebel was in great shape.

Go there - you won't be dissapointed unless the snow turns to mush. I heard rumors they were shooting for another week but the week ahead looks really warm.

Why is Hunter closed?!?!? (yeah, yeah, not much money to make, etc.)
