|  My Other New Toy Big upgrade from my headlamp (Princeton Tec 1996 model that was rated at 8 hours max, never got that really...) to this bad boy:  100-150 hour burn time on average. Four brightness settings. Strobe setting as well. Much llighter and brighter. Only downside (which is minor): hard to open to change the batteries. The specs. The old one will be used for boating:
