Of course... if you mean lack of traffic that will actually ski them in nicely, then you are correct.

I sorta agree, but they do seed them too far apart. And yes they def need some learning bumps on one of the intermediate trails.

Or they could ask Sundown for help on seeding bumps properly.

The beginner terrain park was on Frannie's last year... they took it out right when they built the big park though. As for Piece of Cake, it's almost too flat to be a bump run.

The bottom "steep" part of Ralphs would be good. It would also create some entertaining viewing from the base.

Yep, most of the time that run is entertainment value for the skiers/riders going up the lift. Man... I use to hear all types of heckling when I was starting out on them. I basically have learn to drown out all that noise.

Also, as some have said, it sink or swim on that hill, no in between. IIRC, I hit the bump run on an intermediate at ralph or hitchock long ago, I haven't been able to find them ever since they open the new trails.

They don't seed the bump formation in an alternating fashion, so they are farther apart. What that does allow is more ways to ski them; direct line, transverse over several bumps and going top to top. During spring or a fresh dump, I see the ski instructors going top to top. Some of these guys have that techniques nailed so I doubt that they will change that seed formation.
