| While hand position has been a big one for me, probably the single best tip was given to me by JimG. at Hunter in December 2004 and that was to get out as many days as possible. I got in 25 days that season. 21 the next (second daughter was born that January) and 34 days in last season. Pretty good considering we have two little ones at home. Aiming for 30-40 this season. It's all about the miles. |

| It wasn't really a ski tip, really, but.. When you doing it as a family event, make sure the kids are having fun. If they are, chances are, you are. When you push to have them improve when their not having fun, then it turns into work and you just get frustrated. So I guess it backs up some other posts. "Have Fun" |
