| Thanks! Many thanks for the great posts! I really appreciate the info. I wore the salomon boots in the store for at least 45 min. and I really liked the way they felt. I'm going to stick with the wave 8.0's. I might be sorry, but hey---you wouldn't believe how good they felt when compared to my last pair of boots a pair of white and red nordica tanks that had to have a custom longer buckle on the top to fit. I've narrowed my choices down to the rossignol bandit b-1 or bandit b-2 The b-2 seems to get more favorable reviews. Is there a major diff. between the two that I am missing? |

| My son in law skiis the Bandits. We go all over the mountain, and he is even crazier than me, and goes into the thick tree glades that you catch me on. He loves his bandits and does the bumps, ice, steeps, you name it. He hasn't come upon anything that his skiis don't handle. In fact he claims they handle everything well. I gotta believe him, because at times, it is all I can do to keep up with him. He is a very accomplished skiier and has instructed in the past. I guess I am echoing others in saying you are not likely to go wrong with the Bandits.
