| Mount Snow is a great place to spring ski. Northface gets less sun exposure than the rest of the mountain and retains the snow longer. Most trails fill with bumps like the ones on Beartrap. The only "slush" skiing would be at the end of the day or whenever you go back to the main base lodge.
From my trips there, the crowds tend to stay away from the NF. Perhaps it's the steepness & challenges of the terrain. There are two triple lifts there and on this past Sunday as gorgeous as it was we never waited in a lift line at NF, Beartrap double or the Sunbrook Quad .
Check lift rates in March, they may go down a bit.
