| Cannon usually opens with Middle to Lower Ravine and is slow to open additional terrain until a sizeable base has been laid down. Some years they don't open until December so one way down following Thanksgiving isn't as bad as it could be. Given the natural snow cover they have, a slightly more aggressive push on snow making should have had at least a half dozen trails open. But Cannon has its financial restraints and lack of aggressive snow making is almost always a problem.

| Yup,pretty bad opening.Actually,I can't remember when they have only opened the bottom 1/4 of the mountain. It had to back before the new chairs were installed and went to the 1st station of the old Peabody chair. Not impressed at all.Especially after watching them make snow last weekend at the base area only.Ya I know,I'm whining.

| Is it just me or does it look like a HS school freshman designed the new header (please stop rotating them!) for the website?
