| Got Pants? I've been on the hunt for some full-zip fleece pants that have a substantial belt or drawstring for the waist. Do you think I can find 'em??? NObody makes them! I bought a pair of REI Muir Woods pants, and love the design, but not the engineering. The velcro tabs to close the pants aren't so good, and the zippers should more substantial. This translates into pants that come loose at the most inconvenient times and zippers that snag in the most frustrating way. Can anyone recommend a good cold weather backpacking pant with full side zips and good closures? Update: I was looking at the Mountain Hardwear Windstopper Tech pant. Anyone have any experience with these? Thank you! |
