Belleayre Mountain, November 21, 2007:

Introduction: Second day up, but the rain really messed up the chance for more than one trail.

Weapon of Choice: Endeavor Colour 156

Conditions: Spring conditions in November eh? Word... some snow crumbs, not quite snow cookies of death though. Took about 20 runs then got really bored... Runs lasted like a minute and the lift took five. Hit the lodge for a snack...
Hiked the upper (closed part) of Onteora and got a good 12 inches of wet fresh powder from the guns... Niiiceee... Only once though hiking with a board sucks. Went in for lunch and then took another 300 laps or so on Onteora.
No rail on the bottom of Wanatuska, but tons of hits on the right side of Onteora.

Weather: Foggy in the AM, couldn't see the next chair in front of you, so hazy (well maybe the fog wasn't the only reason).. warm too, easily in the 40s.

Lifts: No lines really.

Notes: Not sure how it's going to stay open this weekend, really warm next few days and rain.

Rating: 6/10

Conclusion: Wait.. is it March?

adamti, I was hoping for some top-to-seven skiing this weekend. If you (or Bandit) hear anything, keep us up on the buzz. Thanks!
