But there was no posted report of this at the lodge...and when I asked the woman at group services she said they do not list the trails with snowmaking at the lodge, only online.

Also ran into an old friend, Don Boyce who is now the ski school director at Belleayre. I worked for Donny at Hunter where he was the assistant director in the early to mid-90's. Great guy, great skier too. He took time off to raise and teach his kids and now he's back to running a ski school. Good choice for Belleayre. He looked really good...interesting how people who love outdoor activities age so well.

Did he try to recruit you?

I got what I wanted, they got what they wanted. Everyone is happy.

Wife and I toasted it with a glass of champaign.

My start date is 1/7/08.

Now I can ski every day until then.
