"Photo of the Day"

I'm a huge fan of Whiteface, but their "photo of the day" shots are absolutely miserable: http://www.rsn.com/cams/placid/cam_a...ml?bc=H^CVA^...

Greetings AZ'ers

Great topic and one I take a great deal of time on here at mrg. I encourage folks to check out Mad River's pics and video of the day section of our website. http://www.madriverglen.com/gallery_public/

I believe it is unique among these kinds of things as we invite our skiers to post their own images along with what we put up. I try hard to get a video up on the site just about every day. my purpose is mostly to show conditions. Rest assured when the skiing isn't as stellar as it has been of late I will continue to post them despite what my boss will think! Trying our darndest to backup the ski businesses most honest snow report with pics to prove it. Happy New Year to all of you and think snow!!!!!

Eric

That is a sweet long coat that kid has on. how can he bend his knees?
I've seen a lot of long coats on gapers this past two weeks. Are they trying to kill themselves, or is there a misplaced notion about staying warm?
BTW, notice how wet the coat is from the waist down...

Eric, You're the man! You set the bar so high that many other resorts don't even aspire to it. Then again, they've got a much bigger debt burden to finance than MRG. Congratulations to you and the team, you've got a helluva an operation.
