those granola freaks get kinda territorial about things they think are theirs. I get lectured about backcountry stuff and I just kind laugh at the people. I would have harassed the hell out of him till he wanted to he wanted to beat me up. Then throw him in a tree well and call it a day.

If you bump into him again, get his name. Then, make a nice sign and place it at the top of 'his' run, something like, 'Mike's Secret Stash Run', followed by a green circle/blue square.
