The bumps on Hurricane at Pat's, from when I saw them on Monday, are probably not the best to learn on. Rather irregular patterns with some deeper troughs on a somewhat steep pitch, poor lines for the most part. Not sure how Ragged is looking, but Ragged is in that same area at a similar price. You might want to give them a call and see how their bumps are doing with the thaw as they have a few trails that are perfect pitch for learning bumps (Birches and Sweepstakes are the trails you would be interested in snow conditions beta if you call).
