4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED BY NOON TUESDAY.
ANY TRAVEL IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. IF YOU LEAVE THE SAFETY OF BEING
INDOORS, YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AT RISK.
