I am a ski tech. I have made one mistake like that in mounting skis. Mounted the wifes boots on husbands, Husbands on wifes. Wife had a system binding, so no big deal easy fix. The husband had screw mounted bindings. They didn't ask to have them replaced, just fixed, but we went and pulled a new pair off the wall and replaced them.

When you spend that much, it should be correct.

1 stripped hole isnt really a problem. Easy fix with a Heli-coil, but 7 is entirely unacceptable. The worst I have ever seen was a binding that had 7 screws per binding, so 14 total. 4 screws in 1 ski had coils, and the other ski had 2 coils.
