| Ski Butternut - 12/22/04 Resort: Ski Butternut Date Skied: 12/22 Conditions: 36F sun turning to clouds and no wind. Nice snow cover, very little scratchy surfaces. Trip Report: It was a heat wave compared to the past 2 days at Orford. They had the Top Flight Quad and one of the doubles open at the learning area. There were more cars here today than at Orford. No lift lines. From the summit you took a right off of the lift and had 4 trails to choose from with the farthest trail being open was lower Applejack. I can only ski the same trails so many times so after about 3 hours I left., but still a great day out! |
