| Mt. Willard Date(s) Hiked: 10-25-2008 Trails(s) Hiked: Mt. Willard trail Total Distance: 3.2 mile RT Difficulty: easy Conditions: snow covered, well packed trail, brook had some open water but found one section where the ice held 235 pounds Special Required Equipment: some warm clothing, snowshoes if you wanted to venture close to the actual summit in the woods away from the top of the cliff. Trip Report: With a couple of hours to spare Friday afternoon, this was a perfect warm-up for the weekend's activities. Judging from the trail, this must be the most frequently hiked trail by the AMC's Highleand Center's guests.
