| Shawnee Peak - January 29th, 2008 (Night) Date(s) Skied: January 29th, 2008 Resort or Ski Area: Shawnee Peak Conditions: PP - Hard Pack Trip Report: Quick report on Shawnee Peak. Went there for a bit of night racing and watch Son #1 participate in a Middle School Ski Race. Son did well - best runs of the year. He is really improving each time out. Snow was in very good condition. Had a nice PP base on top of some hard pack. Easy to find enough snow to turn on. Temps in Low 30's - little wind. Perfect night to ski! I hope today's rain doesn't mess things up too bad. |
