| Rumor... Jay Peak Resort Sold Riding the lift this morning with a local, he made a comment then Jay is no longer owned by the Canadians but was just sold to a Florida firm. I asked him if he was mistaken and was talking about Burke instead. He said no. His girl friend works in the hotel and has seen all the buyers come through and also gets her info from Bill Stenger. He did not what the name of the Florida firm was. |

| Hmmm . .. . rumors... . I know of a company in FL that recently bought three other resorts in NE in the past year .. . well at least i think that is where the money is coming from. |

| If your company HQ is located in state where it doesn't snow and there are no mountains, you should be banned from owning a ski area.
