Thumbs up Leki is good!!!!

I broke one of my lekis at BSP a couple weeks back. Here is what I sent them in a message:

I broke my Leki Canyon antishock hiking pole. The grip at the bottom of the second section was loose, and when I pulled it out to the stop Max line, it was out too far. I didn't pay close enough attention, I knew the grip was loose. Anyways, I pushed hard on my pole to unlock my cross country skiis and I bent the pole. Being 3 miles from the cabin in Baxter State Park in winter, I figured I would try to straighten it back out. At that point, the threaded bolt that expands the plastic lock snapped. This is the top of the bottom section, and the middle section has the expander locked in place. Is this something that you can fix? Or am I better off buying a new pole? (What will it cost to repair?)

Their reply:

Robert,

I will send out a new set of sections to you.

Thank you,

Well, how about that? I thanked them profusely in a response.
