| I went to 2 deg of side bevel on my K2 Anti Pistes and was much happier with their hard-snow performance afterwards; I don't think I'd ski less than 2 degrees on anything intended for actual turning (I don't know about park skis). I also don't know that I'd go beyond 2 on an all-mountain ski; every pair of skis I've skied at both 2 degrees and 3 degrees has stayed sharp longer at 2 degrees, and the sharpness difference is much more perceptible in carved turns on race snow than all-mountain skiing.
