Stowe 12/26

Date Skied: 2/26/08
Resort: Stowe
Conditions: Powder, Packed Powder.

Trip Report: Started snowing lightly around 6:30am. Arrrived at Gondola Lodge around 8am. Skied the groomers for most of the morning. Hit the high trees below bypass off nosedive before lunch, they were pretty good. After lunch hit the trees off cliff trail, and then did the ravine. Was soaked with sweat after running the ravine.

Snowed all day, so the conditios improved all day.

Looks like we got 5-6 more inches in village overnight, and I see on radar the second wave of snow is coming...woohoo.

They do have more snow here than last year, based on seeing certain trees I know in the woods. I'd say close to 3 feet more of base in there.
