What elevation were you starting from. I've only done tucks once about 15 years ago and I recall the hike in and up the ravine being much longer than that.

Yep, 2700 ft. vs. 2000. Way easier hike though, continuously steep the whole way up. It justs like jumping on the stair master for 3,600 vert.
