Crystal Mtn, WA 3/19-20/08

Date(s) Skied: 3/19, 20/08

Resort or Ski Area: Crystal Mountain, WA

Conditions: 3/19: an inch or so new on top of spring crud, 30ish, started snowing late
3/20: around 6" new, boot deep pow all day with deeper spots, mostly sunny

Trip Report: We visited friends in Seattle and tacked on two days at Crystal. Thursday in particular was one of our best few days of the year.

Crystal has a lot of nice alpine terrain, particularly off the new Northway lift. It was nice and uncrowded midweek.

I'm headed to the PNW next weekend. Last time I was there I hit Crystal. Great mtn! This time I think i'm going to check out Baker. Great to see they still have plenty of snow on the left coast. Nice pics.
