| Apparently high humidity + working out in a room on the 2nd floor with no a/c or fan + kids running rampant = less than desirable results.  I'm now convinced that I need to get my lazy ass out of bed at 5AM and run then instead. Trying to do longer distances while keeping the kids out of trouble is not working out.Right now, the kids are eating lunch. Once they're done, it'll hopefully be nap time so I can clean up and take a shower.

| Absolutely nothing. Made few early trades before the sun came up, then crashed until about 10. Caulked about 1/3 of the deck table tiles and now I'm done for the day. Looks like rain is on the way.

| Just sitting in my office waiting for the computer tech/consultant to show up (already 20 minutes late  ) so that we can go through the installation sites for the big computer upgrade the office is getting later this month |
