I know that Volklgirl has a easy ride day with a bunch of women where she does a short lesson on fixing your own tire, chain repair, etc. Its well worth it.
If they don't have clinics, then set a time up with someone better than you, and ask for a short lesson. You'll be amazed at what you can do for yourself! | Will do!
