Sugarloaf, 4/26-27/08

Date(s) Skied: 4/26, 27/08

Resort or Ski Area: Sugarloaf

Conditions: 4/26: corn, expanding patches and rivulets, sunny, cool
4/27: rain on slush, midmountain in a cloud

Trip Report: Last trip to Sugarloaf this season, for real this time. Saturday was one more nice spring day with a lot of terrain and miles of corn. It turns out it was the last day for Timberline, so it was good that we had many runs there. The run of the weekend for me was Powderkeg to Cant Hook.

We pondered the day and the season on the deck at the Rack, then went for a drive and saw four moose.

Today was rainy and we only did a few runs before a ceremonial last pizza and pitcher at the Bag.

Powder Keg: (supposed to be an action shot, but my timing isn't so good)

Thanks for the report.
Looks like they still have real decent coverage.
I hope to get one last day there next weekend.
