Question Ski area near Greenfield MA

Just curious - does anybody know the name of the ski area located just south of Greenfield MA. It is clearly visible from I-91, it has snowmaking and night skiing. Driven by on the highway many times, but can't seem to locate it on any map. I've been told it may belong to one of the local prep schools or UMASS, but have never been able to confirm it. Anybody know what it is called and whether it is public or private?

Easy one to miss. The only reason I was able to find it in search is because I vaguely remembered talking about the Mohawk trail in Greenfield.
