| Wachusett Snow I was driving out Route 2 yesterday and saw that there's still quite a bit of snow up on Wachusett. Considering the warm weather we've had, I find this absolutely amazing. Looks like 10th had two skiable patches on it, as did Smith. Anyone up for some turns? www.photoblog.com/tireuxderoche

| Drove by Pats Peak on Sunday. Not much left there but one stretch that seemed skiable. I'd never been there before. Smaller than I thought, but it has a nice pitch to it.

| Heh! Long gone are my aspirations for turns. Mowed the lawn for the first time this year...ready to plant flowers (as soon as the temps warm *sheesh*)...and all the gear is stowed (temporarily, until I can load them up with summer wax on a nice warm day). I'm looking forward to getting the kayak out....and the bike. As soon as I get a free non-mother's day, non-weekend, non-graduation, non-birthday weekend. *SHEESH!* |
