Between two kids and my wife's friends I don't even blink any more when someone whips out a boob to feed a kid (wookies or not).

$115.50 for Rush this summer at Mohegan, 12th row.

6 years ago I think it was around $65 for floor seats in Montreal. Prices have climbed.

So many performers charge what the market will bear. Tickets for the Cream reunion shows a few years ago were $300+ per. IMHO-that's absurd.

Anymore, I prefer smaller acts in smaller, more intimate venues. I'd prefer to not have to watch the performer on a "big screen" in some massive room to see their facial expressions while they play.

I have heard that Talking Heads are recording together. Haven't heard if they'll tour or not. You might also check out some of the recent stuff David Byrne recorded with Brian Eno.

If the intention is known, its just not as much fun. Kinda like Beano's embedded Rickroll.

This is the first tour that it looks like I'll miss since the eighties. I'm having a real hard time justifying the cost. The R30 was worth it because it was their anniversary. This one is killing me because I really like the new album.
