Hey...I'm not asking for comedic critique. Leave me out of it. I've often felt that the post you made yesterday was quite tiresome.

When I was at The Mohegan Sun this past weekend, I saw the adds for when Clapton comes there later this summer. The only thing that made me remember his adds as opposed to the other acts coming there was the ticket prices. For Clapton, the tix were running $195/$145/ and for the "cheap" seats $125.

I can only imagine what the scalping value later this summer will be when Neal Diamond plays Fenway Park The chance for way to many drink Red Sox fans (and I'm speaking as one of the drunk Red Sox fans ) to have a way over priced sing-a-long to "Sweet Caroline" with Neal Diamond

Well I know it's $550 a seat to see Willie Nelson in Jackson Hole..but the Madonna prices seem pretty normal..Even the shows at the local fair go for like $70..

Obviously I haven't been to a concert in a long time and was shocked by the prices.

I could have gotten seats for the Up in Smoke tour back in 2000 in Philly for $50 each..and I passed because it seemed too expensive..now that seems like a bargain..especially because it was Dr. Dre..Snoop Dogg..Xzibit..and Eminem..

I get a kick out of when some of the old timers come into the local bar..order two budweiser bottles..lay down a $5 bill and instead of getting change back..the bartender says that it's a dollar or two more....lol..

The price for the Willie Nelson concert is high cause it's more of a fund raiser for the new Center for the Arts in Jackson than a concert for the general public. It's in a 540 seat theater. He's in concert in Casper before heading to Jackson and I think the prices are in the $75 range.
