In all seriousness, the best thing for me when I'm down is to get outside and get in a walk/jog or bike ride. Or if not possible, a car ride doesn't hurt either, just to help and clear you head.

I went for a MTB ride. The first in nearly 2 years. Helped until I realized I lost my keys on the trail.

Guess I just need to spend more time outdoors.
