| Goose Stompin' Time! | Big thing for me is keep active, be it exercise, work, hanging out with friends, etc. Not being on the computer, watching TV/movies, or reading. Keep the mind busy. What helps for me is that in middle school, I was perpetually way, way, WAY, too depressed. When I finally came out of it, I looked back and realized that there were a lot of things that were good in my life that I was just ignoring all along. Ever since, I just haven't really let crap get to me - not due to a conscious effort, it just doesn't bother me that much. This isn't advice (I've tried using it as such, and it doesn't work,) but maybe an offering of hope for a better, and more consistently happy, tomorrow.

| Goose Stompin' Time! | I love my camelback (actually, it's a Nalgene, but whatever) for that stuff. Even on short rides where I'm using a bottle for water, I keep my keys, cell phone, spare tube, tire pump, etc. in there with a dry bladder, or even no bladder.

I have a tendency to wallow in self-pity when depressed. That doesn't help anything. And sitting around only accomplishes one thing - allowing you to over-think. So yup, keeping active is helping right now. Quote:

| Just look on Steepandcheap, they have them all the time. I purchased extra ones just because the price is right and they come out cheaper than buying bladders at the store.

Last weekend! I shouldn't be feeling down with that in my recent past... but there's a lot going on right now.
