What do you do when you're feeling down?

How do you improve your mood when you're in a funk (aside from skiing)? Just curious......

Coming down off of your rocky mtn high?

Anything that gets your blood flowing. Even a quick walk around the block, it's a nice day today.

Outside work or golf or biking ----------but one of my best funk destroyers is to strap on my Gibson or Fender turn the amp and effect pedals up to a decibel level that breaks friggin glass and crank out some kik ass rock ! Guaranteed to put a smile back on my face :>)
