Nope, I just cut holes in them and/or glue some snazzy looking porcelain pieces to them I absolutely HATE cleaning teeth, and as such my hygienists get paid very well so I can avoid "scraping schmutz"

I've only seen my dentist for about a total of 60 secs. The hygenist does all the work and the he pokes his head in and says "don't brush to hard you are pushing back your gums, floss and everything else is good. see you in six months."
