| | cool... plus, he's painting the walls white after all anyway. And some of it over existing graffiti. What more cities/towns have to do is have more "commissioned graffiti".

This I agree with 100% because much of it is amazing. Establish a medium for the artists to do their work. That said, many of these artists prefer to deface people's private property; almost a rebellious type thing. Those individuals should be prosecuted without vengeance in my opinion.
