Okay, we've all had them, you know the kind where you're not really paying attention to something that you've done 1000 times before and all of the sudden whammo!
So myself, I was just a couple of minutes ago going to check a patient in one of my hygienists rooms. Here's the thing, I'm 6'3" and she's 5'0", so she keep the height of her chair just a bit lower than I keep mine. I sit in this shortened chair many times a day at work and have for the last 5+ years, but for some reason today I go to sit down and my left leg moves the wrong way and I really pulled one of the muscles that control the lateral movements of my left hip
So now I'm gimping around the office, 1/2 mad at myself for not paying attention and 1/2 laughing at myself for having a "sitting" injury
