| Favourite Summer Time Grilling Item! I love fish on a plank, a good steak, chicken, veggies, you name it, but my all time favourite thing on the grill is a roast. I grilled an english roast, upon the suggestion of a friend. After marinading the roast beef in a zip lock bag, I grilled the roast on a low flame for 30 minutes, then flipped it and grilled an additional 30 minutes. I basted with the left over marinade, then I turned the flame up to sear for just a few minutes on each side. Took it off the grill, set for 5 minutes, then sliced thin. Darn near perfection! Great way to have roast beef without heating up the house.

| I'm pretty much open to grilling anything... I like to make kabobs... Eat them on a pita or off the stick...

| Love just about anything off a grill. But if I have to choose a favorite, it would be rib eye steak, lately it's been bison rib eye and bison burgers. Another new discovery is smoker bags, tried salmon in one of those and it was excellent.

| Have a few good butcher shops near my house that have awesome Teryaki steak tips and all-time favorite is one of them has bacon cheddar burgers, ground up and pattied. Top them w/ a piece of Cabot Pepper Jack and enjoy. |

| I've got a recipe for BB Chicken using a butt rub/brown sugar combo as a rub inside and outside the chicken. Then I use Gingerale(Vernors in Michigan) instead of Beer. The hint of ginger in the chicken is amazing!!
