| Yippee! A little bird-eee at Magic (ML) says they plan to organize a few work days, late August, Sept and October, to do some selective pruning of trails and glades. He will be making an offer for volunteer assistance. A nice touch; we all win - he gets a little extra labor for gratis, we get to know the mountain up close and personal, and enjoy a nice day on the mtn. I expect to see GSS with his boards.... |

| Are they offering a free lift ticket in exchange for pruning services? I hate to appear selfish but there's got to be something in it for me other than just the satisfaction of helping out my favorite Southern VT ski area.

| Agreed. But MRG runs the same kind of program & they give volunteer pruners a one day lift ticket for every day worked. Not a big deal - I was just asking.

I'd like to do it if for no other reason then to get a better look at some of their tree skiing options. I know they are boundary to boundary but the woods look impenetrable in alot of places. Probably done by design by the locals. | |
