Any Leo Kottke fans in here?

The music pretty much speaks for itself- I'd love to see him live... has anyone been to see him in concert?...

Big Leo Kottke fan,,,,,,,,,saw him twice in Putney, Vt in the early 70's and out west a few years later. Worked for a small concert production company out of southern Vermont part-time during college and we put on the shows, Machine and his version of Eight Miles High are two of my favs.

HELL YEAH!!! That Youtube vid is Vaseline Machine Gun, my favorite tune by him. The guy was incredible. Don't expect him to play like that anymore though. He developed tendinitis years ago and can't play like that anymore.

After watching that vid I had to listen to "6 and 12 String Guitar". Awesome CD.

Big Kottke fan here too. I still hold him as the most amazing guitarist I've seen. I last saw him 3-4 years ago at The Blue Note, a fairly famous jazz club in NYC. I really liked the two releases he did with Mike Gordon the last several years.
