Deadliest Catch VS Ice Road Truckers

Maybe if a truck drops through the ice it will get my attention, but it gets boring real quick....

Ok so since we have so many deadliest catch fans here if you were say a school teacher and had 3months off in the summer, would you go try it, leave your family , kids if you have them, the reward can be great and im sure its an experience of a lifetime to share stories about over a beer.

Isn't the king crab season in the fall? Late September/Octoberish?

Too bad for Moi, I was hoping he made it being an 'older' greenhorn and all.

I never liked that guy. Seemed a couple sandwiches short of a picnic to me.

I too, tuned into IRT this year and was instantly intrigued... until I watched it again. There's just not much there, but with The Deadliest Catch and After The Catch, you can really get into it. I think part of it is because there are so many more guys involved and Mike Rowe is great.
