Watch a few episodes of ice road truckers to get a feel for the kind of driving you will do to get there.

definitely heard it was very remote. Their plans are pretty ambitious for a mountain so remote; kinda has to be the full of superlatives to get people to commit to spending so much more time traveling.

no. It is a long drive on not the greatest roads, but they are permanent national highways.

Revy BC is the mecha for back country snowmobiling. It is remote, but people drive from all over the US and Canada to get there.

because we have dreams...and our snowy dreams typically don't revolve around 4 inch dumps at Bellayre but rather on 4 foot dumps in places like Revelstoke. I went cat skiing in March of 2000 with Cat Powder on Mount Mackenzie and the area that is now the resort ...it is the place dreams are made of for sure....huge area with huge potential.
