The mountain has the best (in terms of amounts) snowmaking in the Berkshires, IMO. If I didn't have plans this weekend, it would be tempting...
They do make alot of snow, but that isn't what impresses me about this situation. Today is a beautiful sunny spring day, but how many skiers/riders will be there today? Some season pass holders and maybe 10 or so people that will pony up the $10. They're clearly not going to make any money, but they are creating good will with their customers.

My plans were to go to Kmart this Sunday, but with Jiminy open again I'll get to break even with my season pass. I finally get a chance to close out my season at my home area.
