| Surviving....HELP! Hey all my skiing friends! I just started skiing at the end of last season (March) and I've only been skiing 3 times. All the times were at Perfect North in Indiana so I haven't been anywhere big. But I love PNS. Anyways, there's still like 3 months before skiing starts again there!!! How can I make this time go faster! It is taking forever! |

| welcome to the crazy cool fun world of skiing. i've been skiing since i was 4 years old (20 years now) and the wait every year just gets worse and worse. there's nothing you can do about it. if you're really jonesing for some turns, you could always take an october/november airplane ride to killington or tenney out east, or one of the early birds out west. not many trails and all man made, but it's there if you're desperate. i'd recommend just sitting tight and checking out some warren miller flicks; living vicarious style
