Trying to find career in B.C. Backcountry

Hello, My name is dru, i am a 22 year old male currently living in the lower mainland. I Have some questions about getting into the guiding side of the backcountry industry. Just wondering if anyone could kinda spell out the neccesary steps to eventually reach my final goal of becoming a backcountry snowboard guide.(the more details the better, and i already have industrial first aid and caa advanced avalanche).
