Anyone done it ? I'm heading up to backpack it in three weeks, the full loop plus lots of the other side trails, probably will spend seven days there. Looking ...

Have you tried posting your question on VFTT or maybe the AMC's site, www.outdoors.org ?

I really can't say I've seen much written or posted online regarding Nova Scotia (I was there over 20 years ago before I was hiking) but the readership on those two sites covers a wider geographic area then we do.
