What lost ski areas have you skied?

For me, the only ski area that I've skied that's now on the NELSAP list is Brodie. How about you?...

Life's too short for warm up runs.

Hmmm... I vaguly remember answering this question... last night...

The only area that I've actually skied is Mt Tom in MA. Went there a few times as a youngster.

only 3 that I can recall

Gilmore's Hill was just across the lake and over the rail road tracks from my house. I could put on my skis and ski from the lil hill in my back yard down to the lake then across the pond over the tracks and thru a small field and I was there for a couple of after school runs. This was in the late 60s, the rope tow didnt work so you had to earn your turns. The top had a fairly good pitch to it but the run was short and sweet. I think it would be classified as a Blue square at Sunday River.

Enchanted Mountain on a family vacation while I was in Jr High I think. dont recall much about it.

Starks Hill. I was on the ski team as a high school freshman. we had a meet there with the Fryburg Academy and several other schools.

Boston Hill in Andover Mass in 76 or 77, skiied it just one time while I was living close by.

Ruffus did you go to Fryeburg Academy? I never skied at Starks Hill, but have ridden a tobbogan off the old ski jump there when I was young and foolish!

Actually turned that site onto the little hill in Wilmington, MA. Screwed around on skis there a few times in the early 80s, well after it was closed.

Remember passing Whittier as a child and friends who had skied Watatic, but never skied either...
